• Parent or guardian details — name, email address, city, and contact preferences.
• Child profiles — first name, date of birth, school (optional), allergies or notes (optional), and interests.
• Booking and payment information — the activities you book, enrolment details, and payment confirmations processed securely via our payment provider.
• Activity provider details — business information, programme listings, and coach profiles, where you are a registered provider.

We also collect limited usage data automatically, such as device type and broad location, to keep Whimsy running smoothly.

• To personalise activity recommendations based on your children's ages and interests.
• To send booking confirmations, renewal reminders, and waitlist notifications.
• To share relevant enrolment details with your chosen activity provider so they can run the class safely.
• To improve Whimsy and develop new features for families and providers.

We share the minimum information needed for a booking to take place — for example, your child's first name and age, and any allergies or notes you provide, with the relevant activity provider. We never sell your personal information.

Payment details are handled by our certified payment processor and are not stored on Whimsy's servers. We may disclose information where required by law.

Whimsy is designed for families. Children's profiles are managed by their parent or guardian. We use date of birth to calculate age and recommend age-appropriate activities. We do not market directly to children, and children cannot create accounts on their own.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
