A technology platform, not an activity provider
Whimsy is a technology platform that connects families with independent activity providers. Providers remain solely responsible for delivering programmes, supervision, staffing, child safety, first aid, Health & Safety compliance, insurance, qualifications and risk management.
Waivers & safety forms
Whimsy provides the technology for providers to upload, present and record waivers. Providers remain responsible for the content of their waivers, obtaining suitable legal advice, their safety procedures, insurance and compliance. Whimsy does not approve or guarantee the legal sufficiency of any provider waiver.
